Time to complete your Summer Coaching Waiver

Summer Waivers

The 2024 Summer Coaching Waivers are now open for coach submissions and my approval.

If you plan on coaching your athletes, this summer please follow these directions:

A Coach logs on to his/her dashboard on the MSHSL website. 

• If the Coach has not yet created an account, he/she must do that first. 

• If the Coach has forgotten his/her password, use the password reset option. 

At the bottom of the Coach’s Dashboard Page, the Coach locates the button Labeled Submit a Summer Waiver

Chick the button and then completes the Summer Waiver for the first sport.

1. Check the appropriate boxes for the request.

2. The Name and Email will autofill from the Coach’s account.

3. Select the Sport(s) and School

a.  The Summer Waiver request will be sent to the Activities Director at the school

the Coach selects for approval.

1. Select Submit

When the Activities Director has acted on the Coach’s summer waiver request, the Coach will receive an email that their Summer Waiver Request has been approved or denied. This decision will be recorded on the Coach’s Dashboard under the Summer Waiver section.  

A coach may select multiple sports for a school at which they coach. 

If the Coach is requesting a Summer Waiver for a second school, they should submit an additional request. 

The Summer Coaching Waiver No-Contact Period for this summer is June 29-July 5.
