Varsity Head Coaches,

I will periodically send you a link to a Game Day Observation Form. This may be a new concept to you but it is a way that I can share my observations with you in a timely fashion.

These are not meant to be criticism, merely my observations that can be used as conversation starters or just something to think about.

Do the bench areas look well organized and are running smoothly?

Are all coaches present and actively engaged?

Attire?

Are all coaches and athletes dressed in appropriate gear?

I rate this overall game day from 1-5; 1 being outstanding-5 being a disaster.
